This is string cheese popular in the central and
northern regions of Armenia.
Color of the cheese is ivory to yellow.
Made with fresh pasteurized cow milk.
Fat content in dry mass minimum 25%
Telak goes well with crusty breads, fruits like
sweet berries or grapes and red wines.
